(Do not attempt to start a Support Session if you have not been asked to do so.)

You will need to join the session indicated by the RE/MAX Professionals staff member.

You'll most likely see a Security Warning asking if you want to Run or Cancel - click "Run".

The RE/MAX Professionals staff member will then be able to share your screen with you and provide you with any additional instructions which may be necessary.
